DELIVERY / LOGISTICS / COORDINATION

Different requirements. Individually agreed delivery.

Curro Technologies supplies advanced security equipment, communication technologies, autonomous systems and related solutions to professional, institutional and government customers.

Due to the specialized nature of these products and the different requirements of each market, delivery arrangements are established individually through quotations, order confirmations or contractual agreements.

Shipping methods, delivery destinations, transport costs, estimated timelines and responsibilities are confirmed according to the specific product, order and applicable regulatory conditions. No standard delivery fee or universal delivery timeframe applies to all orders.

The legal entity acting as Seller is identified in the relevant commercial documentation. Where specific delivery terms have been agreed in writing, those terms take precedence over this general Delivery Policy.

Delivery arrangements & conditions

01

Individually agreed delivery

Delivery terms for Curro products, equipment and systems are determined individually based on the relevant quotation, purchase order or contractual agreement.

Arrangements may take into account product dimensions, weight, technical specifications, destination, handling requirements and available transport options.

The applicable delivery conditions are confirmed in writing between the Buyer and the contracting Seller.

02

Confirmation of shipping terms

Delivery arrangements are established as part of the commercial agreement and may specify the delivery destination, transport method, estimated schedule, shipping responsibilities and associated costs.

Information provided during preliminary discussions is indicative until formally confirmed in writing.

Where separate delivery provisions are included in the signed contract, those provisions govern the relevant transaction.

02 / 06

Delivery schedules & logistical planning

03

Estimated delivery times

Delivery schedules depend on the nature of the order, product availability, configuration requirements, production schedules and logistical conditions.

Additional factors may include customs procedures, regulatory approvals and transport availability.

Estimated delivery dates are not binding unless expressly confirmed as binding in the applicable written agreement.

04

Transport methods and destinations

The appropriate transport method is determined according to the products being supplied, the delivery destination and the agreed commercial conditions.

Depending on the specific transaction, delivery may involve international freight, specialized logistics or other suitable transport arrangements.

Special packaging, handling or delivery requirements should be communicated during the quotation and order confirmation process.

03 / 06

Transport conditions & shipping costs

05

Shipping charges and insurance

Transport costs are determined individually and depend on shipment characteristics, destination, transport method and the agreed delivery terms.

Shipping, handling, insurance and other logistical charges are allocated according to the applicable quotation or contract.

Unless expressly included in the agreed price, additional transport services may be subject to separate charges.

06

Transfer of risk and Incoterms

Responsibility for transport, delivery, insurance and transfer of risk is determined by the terms agreed between the Buyer and the Seller.

Where expressly incorporated into the contractual agreement, internationally recognized Incoterms® rules may apply.

The selected delivery rule, named place and applicable version should be specified in the relevant transaction documentation.

In the absence of an expressly agreed Incoterms provision, the applicable contract and governing law determine the parties' respective obligations.

04 / 06

International shipments & regulatory compliance

07

Customs and import documentation

International shipments may require customs declarations, commercial invoices, transport documents, certificates or other documentation depending on the destination and applicable regulations.

Responsibility for customs clearance, duties, taxes and related procedures is allocated according to the agreed delivery terms and applicable law.

The Buyer and Seller are expected to provide the information and documents required for their respective obligations.

08

Export controls and authorizations

Certain advanced security, communication and unmanned technologies may be subject to export controls, sanctions regulations, licensing requirements or other legal restrictions.

The shipment of regulated products may depend on obtaining the necessary authorizations and satisfying applicable compliance requirements.

Each contracting party remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.

Where legal requirements prevent or delay a shipment, the contractual rights and obligations of the parties remain subject to the applicable agreement and governing law.

05 / 06

Receiving goods & delivery discrepancies

09

Inspection upon receipt

Upon receiving a shipment, the Buyer should inspect the delivered goods promptly in accordance with the contractual conditions and applicable law.

The inspection should include checking packaging, delivered quantities, visible product condition and conformity with the accompanying documents.

Any relevant discrepancies should be documented and reported to the appropriate Seller within the applicable legal or contractual notification periods.

10

Damage, shortages and delivery issues

In the event of transport damage, missing items, delivery discrepancies or other issues, the Buyer should notify the relevant contractual contact without delay.

Supporting documents may include photographs, transport records, delivery notes and product references.

Responsibility for transport-related claims and the available remedies are determined by the agreed delivery conditions, applicable contract and governing law.

06 / 06

Delivery coordination & contact

11

Changes to delivery arrangements

Requests to change an agreed delivery destination, schedule, transport method or other logistical arrangements should be communicated as early as possible.

Any changes that affect costs, availability, regulatory requirements or delivery schedules are subject to written agreement between the relevant contracting parties.

The terms confirmed in the quotation, order confirmation or supply agreement take precedence over general information provided on the Website.
