Business transactions. Clearly defined conditions.

All commercial transactions involving Curro products, systems, security technologies and related solutions are intended for business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-government (B2G) customers.

The Curro Technologies website, available at www.curro-tech.eu, serves as an informational and professional inquiry platform. It does not provide direct online purchasing or payment processing.

Prices, payment schedules, invoicing requirements and commercial conditions are established through individual quotations, order confirmations or written contractual agreements. The legal entity acting as Seller is identified in the relevant transaction documents.

Commercial transactions & payment framework

01

B2B and B2G transactions

Curro products and solutions are offered for professional, enterprise, institutional and government procurement.

Commercial terms are determined individually according to the parties involved, the product or system configuration, regulatory requirements and agreed scope of supply.

Transactions are subject to written commercial documentation rather than standard consumer checkout procedures.

02

No direct online payments

The Curro website does not operate as a retail payment platform and does not provide an online checkout for direct product purchases.

No credit card, debit card, online wallet or cash payment options are offered directly through the Website.

Customers interested in purchasing Curro solutions should request a formal quotation or contact the appropriate commercial team.

Pricing, quotations & commercial conditions

03

Individual pricing

Prices are established individually through formal quotations, proposals or written contractual agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, quotations may be expressed in Euros (EUR).

Pricing may depend on product configuration, project scope, delivery conditions, technical requirements, regulatory obligations and applicable taxes or duties.

04

Quotation confirmation

Quotations are subject to their stated validity periods and any specific conditions communicated by the Seller.

Prior to written order confirmation, the Seller may revise proposed prices where necessary to reflect changes in availability, configuration, logistics or other relevant commercial circumstances.

Once an order has been contractually confirmed, pricing changes are governed by the applicable written agreement.

03 / 06

Bank transfers & invoicing

05

Accepted payment method

Payments for Curro products, systems and related commercial transactions are accepted exclusively by bank transfer to the official account specified by the Seller in the relevant payment documentation.

Payments must follow the agreed contractual conditions and the instructions stated on the applicable invoice or proforma invoice.

Payment to an account other than the account officially communicated by the contracting Seller should not be made without independent verification.

06

Invoices and payment details

Following acceptance of a quotation or conclusion of an agreement, the Buyer will receive the applicable invoice or proforma invoice.

The payment documentation will specify the information necessary to complete the transfer, including:

  • Identification of the contracting Seller.
  • Bank account information, including IBAN where applicable and relevant international banking details.
  • Payment reference or invoice number.
  • Amount payable and agreed currency.
  • Payment deadline and applicable conditions.
04 / 06

Advance payments & project milestones

07

Advance and milestone payments

Depending on the nature of the products, project scope, manufacturing requirements or commercial agreement, the Seller may require specific payment arrangements.

These may include:

  • Advance payment before order processing.
  • Milestone-based payments linked to agreed project stages.
  • Financial guarantees or other agreed payment assurances.

Such requirements are defined in the applicable quotation or written contract.

08

Commencement of performance

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, production, order processing, delivery arrangements or service execution may be conditional upon receipt or confirmation of the required payment.

Any applicable deposit, advance payment or project milestone must be fulfilled in accordance with the agreed schedule.

Separate contractual conditions may apply to phased deliveries, custom configurations or complex projects.

05 / 06

Late payments & additional charges

09

Overdue payments

Payments must be completed within the deadlines specified in the relevant invoice, quotation or contract.

In the event of delayed or outstanding payment, the Seller may suspend further deliveries, services or contractual performance where permitted by applicable law and the agreed terms.

Any consequences of overdue payment, including applicable interest or collection arrangements, are governed by the relevant contractual provisions and law.

10

Taxes, banking fees and charges

Applicable taxes, customs duties, banking charges and transaction costs are allocated according to the relevant quotation or contractual agreement.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the Buyer is responsible for applicable charges assigned to the Buyer under the commercial terms and governing law.

For international transactions, the treatment of intermediary bank fees, currency conversion costs and transfer charges should be confirmed in the relevant transaction documents.

06 / 06

Payment information & commercial contact

11

Contractual payment conditions

These Payment Terms provide general information about the commercial payment arrangements associated with Curro products and solutions.

The final terms applicable to any transaction, including the identity of the Seller, payment schedule, currency and banking details, are established through the relevant written quotation, invoice or contract.

Where separately agreed contractual terms differ from this general policy, the specific written agreement prevails.
